The redevelopment of One University, anticipated to be completed by spring 2024, will include 120 affordable independent living senior apartments, 120 affordable multifamily apartments, and 333 units of student housing. Be the first to take a sneak peek at this beautiful, new development which will serve families, students, and older adults for years to come.
