The Law Offices of Paul A. Samakow, P.C., deal exclusively with representing injured people. We consider that each client is our biggest case. The focus is solving problems, and where we can assist, we do, even in matters which are not traditionally “legal representation”. By way of example, in automobile collision cases, many law firms are not willing to help their clients resolve matters relating to car repair, and car rental. We take on these things routinely. We know the problems injuries bring, and we pro-actively get involved to minimize all of these concerns.

El Textarudo Campaign Don't Text and Drive Concept:   Join us with your family and friends to the May 13 at 5:30 pm (free of charge to this family event and attend the textarudo and textaruda getting married)

The “Textarudo” is a character that has been created to help bring an important message to the public.  Testarudo in Spanish means stubborn.  We changed the s for a x and gave our character the name of Textarudo depicting someone who is stubborn and is not following the law.

The word “testarudo” in Spanish means someone who is stubborn, or hardheaded.  By changing the “s” to an “x” in that word, the image of someone who is stubborn combines with the popular activity of most of the world, texting.  With this word change, combined with the character, we easily linked to a being able to deliver a message about a very dangerous behavior, texting and driving.

Now, by making reference to our character, the message “Don’t Text and Drive” is communicated in a friendly, non-confrontational manner.  The point is, the message is being delivered.  Reference to Textarudo keeps the message fresh.  The “Textarudo” is a character that has been created to help bring a social message toward the Hispanic public as a whole.
