About Us

Klein Engineering, PSC is a small, minority-owned business, certified under the U.S. Small Business Administrations Section 8(a) Program. Our firm is also certified under the U.S. Department of Transportations Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Commonwealth of Virginia, Washington, DC, and the State of Maryland. We are also certified as a Local DBE (LDBE) firm by the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority (MWAA), and as a Small Business Enterprise (SBE) by the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT), the Department of Small and Local Business Development (DSLBD) of Washington, DC, and the Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT).

Our team has completed a diverse and varied range of projects, from signalized corridor analysis, traffic impact studies for site development, highway, and intersection design, and bridge rehabilitation, amongst others.
